Al Etihad Credit Bureau

An Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB) credit report provides a comprehensive overview of your personal identity information, credit cards, loans, and other credit facilities, along with your payment history and records of bounced cheques. The data in your credit report is sourced from banks, finance companies, telecom providers, and other entities such as utilities, real estate firms, and government agencies. Financial institutions use this report to evaluate the creditworthiness of individuals and companies when considering applications for loans, credit cards, or other credit services.

Individuals can request their credit report by visiting an AECB customer service center with their original Emirates ID card and passport copy, and paying via credit, debit, or eDirham cards. Alternatively, you can obtain your credit report online or through the AECB CreditReport app, accessible anytime, anywhere. By creating an account on the AECB website or app and providing your Emirates ID, mobile number, and email address, you can request a credit report that includes your credit score.

The credit score is a three-digit number ranging from 300 to 900, indicating the likelihood of missing payments in the next 12 months. A higher score reflects a lower risk level. This score is generated using statistical models that analyze multiple data points from your credit profile.
